Collecting And Gifting
This post has just the basics about Caesars gifting, collecting and friending.
Each player is permitted 2000 Caesars game friends and 500 Facebook friends on their Gifting screen.
This is your Yellow COLLECT ALL button.
Notice the little down caret at the far right of the button. This is how you open to see the names of your gifters. (more on that topic later in this post).
Most players use COLLECT ALL button because it is the easiest way to collect their gifts all at one time. It does not tell you the names of who gifted you unless you open the down caret on the far right.
After you click the yellow COLLECT ALL button, your screen will show a green GIFT BACK button. Always assume that there are names who need to be gifted back. Many players rely on you to click this button to send a gift back to them.
If you don't send a gift back, they don't get a gift. If that is not important to you, consider that it is important to those who sent you a gift because they can't play if they don't have gifts. So just do it.

How To Recognize Your Gifting Friends
Open the down caret on the COLLECT ALL button to look at the names who sent you a gift.
Below is Maggie's Collect screen. The names who have an actual profile picture (a face, a pet, a poster, some kind of a photo etc) are names that are on her Send list. As long as a player Sends their gifts before starting to Collect, all of the face names will have a COLLECT only button and no GIFT BACK button.

The names who have a Caesars Logo for a profile picture are names that you do not have on your Send list but they have your name on their Send list.
As long as you Send your gifts before you Collect, all of the Caesars logo names will have a COLLECT AND GIFT BACK button.
These are people who are waiting for you to send a gift back to them. So if you are in the habit of clicking COLLECT ONLY and never clicking GIFT BACK, then you are not returning gifts and are not being very fair to your friends who gifted you.

As you can see on this photo, all of the names have Caesars logos. Because they all have a COLLECT AND GIFT BACK button, it means they were never sent a gift and that's because their names aren't on Maggie's Send list in the first place to send them a gift. So if you want them to
get your gift, you have to GIFT BACK.

GIFTING
For most players, especially those who send over 2,000 gifts, the Caesars gifting is done in two Sends now. No matter how many names you sent a gift to on your first Send, you will almost always have a few more names to Send for a second time. Check periodically throughout the 24 hour period before reset.
SEND YOUR GIFTS FIRST
Before you COLLECT, always send your gifts first by going to GIFT tab and Send to all the names on the screen.
After that Send processes, you have about 10 seconds to notice the number of gifts you sent, as seen below. Your number will be different than this example.
When you are done the first Send, exit the game altogether and either go play something else for a few minutes OR re-enter the game (by clicking on Caesars icon or by collecting a free coin link). Then go to GIFTS tab and see if there are more names there to send a gift to them.
Check this tab especially after you make a new friend or have cleaned out your friends list.

Get To Know The Names Of Your Gifters
It is a good idea to acquaint yourself with the names of people you send gifts to and those who send gifts to you. It is helpful so you can keep good gifters and get rid of the slackers.

In order to see the names, you have to click on the down caret to the right of the COLLECT button.
DON'T CLICK THE YELLOW 'COLLECT ALL' YET.
After you click on the down caret, you will see each individual gift that was sent to you.
If your return gifts are not as good as you would like them to be OR if you send out more than you get back, you probably need to clean your friends list. To do that you will have to do some tracking. So either open a Word document, an Excel spreadsheet or use good old paper and pen.
Before you send your gifts, open your GIFT Tab and write down the names that you will be sending a gift to.
Later when you want to Collect - Open you Collect screen, and then click the down caret to see all the names.
All those who have a COLLECT button only, put a check next to their names - these are people you sent a gift to and they gifted you back.
Now go to the names that have the green COLLECT & GIFT BACK button, but DON'T Collect them.
You won't have these names on your list because they have YOU, but you don't have Them. They are waiting for you to gift them back.
After you get their names down, go back to the top and click the Yellow COLLECT ALL button and then click GIFT BACK so everyone gets gifted back in one click.
If you are wondering why names aren't on your SEND list and why you got a gift from them, remember this:
Caesars logo names are not on your gifting list and will always have a COLLECT & GIFT BACK button.
Names with a profile picture face are on your gifting list and that they will always going have a COLLECT button - as long as you sent your gifts before you started collecting.
If you have a name on your SEND list who is not gifting you back, then you need to look at their GAME profile by clicking on their name then check to see if they have any medals or other activity.
Don't pay any mind to the MEMBER SINCE date. They could be playing other Playtika games or they could have taken a long break. The level and medals are what is important.
If the player is on a low level, for example under level 200, and has no medals or challenges yet as seen above, it is safe to unfriend them because it is very likely that they don't play the game or Caesars dumped them on us to use up our 2000 Caesars spots.
TIP:
On your SEND list, look for any names that have a white silhouette for a profile picture and unfriend them. These are deactivated accounts OR accounts who uninstalled the Caesars game. A good clue is when they have a male silhouette picture on a female name or vice versa.
Unfriend, wait 24 to 48 hours for their name to come off your SEND list. You can send a friend request to someone else if you have room to add more.

Check your GIFT tab a few times a day and remember to always click GIFT BACK after you clicked COLLECT ALL.
